John Howard Pearson, 76, died July 12,2009 at the Greenville Health & Rehab Center.
Memorial services will be Monday, July 20th at the Coker-Mathews Chapel wtih Rev. David Bearden officiating.
He was born January 6, l933 in Peniel,Texas to Freeman Howard and Hellen Marvelle Stewart Pearson. He was a house painter and attended the First United Methodist Church,Quinlan. Mr. Pearson also was a member of the Masonic Lodge and former scout master with Boy Scouts of America.
He is survived by his wife, Marjorie of Quinlan, son, John Howard Pearson, Jr. of Sachse, step-son, Brent Daniell of Dallas, brothers, Paul E. Pearson of Hillsborough, NC.,Cecil C. Pearson of Littleton, Co. and A. Ray Pearson of Kingston, three sisters, Phyllis M. Hoffpauir of Garland, Aquilla B. Chase of Elmhurst, Il. and Gwendolyn R. Crider of Leesburg, two grandchildren, Chris and Joshua Pearson and great-grandchildren, Emma and Kristen Pearson.
Preceded in death by parents and a brother, Carroll F. Pearson.
