Alexander Bouknight, 58, of Greenville passed away on October 12, 2009 at Hunt Regional Medical Center.  A graveside service will be at 4:00 PM Thursday at Memoryland Memorial Park with Rev. Nolan Sucher officiating.  Coker-Mathews Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Alex was born August 15, 1951 in Greenville to T. A. Bouknight, Jr. and Frances Beall Bouknight.  He graduated from Greenville High School in 1969 and attended East Texas State University.  He was a member of Grace Presbyterian Church.  He worked as a professional musician and massage therapist.  Alex designed model airplanes and was a contributor to R. C. Modeling.

His survivors include his mother of Greenville; brother Kirk Bouknight of Fate; sister Erika Crump and husband, Al of Rockwall; nieces Megan Livingston and husband, Rusty of Lewisville, Courtney Gorman and husband, David of New York City, and Hillary Crump of Irving; nephews Paul and Nick Bouknight of Greenville; and great-nieces Tori and Rhyan.

He was preceded in death by his father.
