William Charles Duck, 71, of Ruidoso, New Mexico, died Friday, October 16, 2009, in Hunt Regional Medical Center. Memorial services will be held at a later date in Ruidoso.
Mr. Duck was born April 21, 1938, in Greenville, the son of Howard and Mary Virginia Williams Duck. On July 27, 1996, he married Carolyn Craig in Greenville. He was an Army veteran and an employee of Walmart in Ruidoso.
He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Duck of Ruidoso, New Mexico; daughers, Marie York of Sand Springs, Oklahoma and Debra Griffin of Sedalia, Missouri; brother, Howard Duck of Greenville; and mother-in-law, Charlene Craig of Greenville. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Catherine Pinkerton, brother, Donald Duck and his parents.
