Thomas Martin Burns, 54, of Greenville passed away on January 24, 2010 at Hunt Regional Medical Center. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday at Hooker Ridge Cemetery with Rev. Kelly Reagan officiating. Visitation will be from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Tuesday at the Cash Fire Department. Coker-Mathews Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Thomas was born on October 5, 1955 in Greenville to Finis and Dolly Rameriz Burns. On March 7, 1980, he married Pam Jones in Greenville. He worked as a machinist and was a volunteer fireman for the Cash Volunteer Fire Dept. He was a member of the Catholic faith.
His survivors include his wife Pam, sons Brian and Eric Burns, daughter Ashley Burns, grandsons Hunter and Tyler Burns, brother James Burns, and sister Alicia McCaslin all of Greenville; and sister Bonita Henson of Kauman.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Palbearers will be members of the Cash Volunteer Fire Department.
