"I was so sorry to hear about Gene, I did not know him that well, but he was really good friends with my brother, Fred Ratliff. I remember him at my brother's funeral several years ago and how he spoke of my brother and how they used to do things together. I know my brother thought so much of him and loved him too. I pray they are both together in Heaven. He was a great friend to Fred and a great brother to his sisters. He will be greatly missed."
