Ann Tasker, 76, of Quinlan passed away May 10, 2010 at Hunt Regional Medical Center. Graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday at Oak Hill Cemetery in Whitewright with Dr. James Ralson officiating. Coker-Mathews Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Ann was born November 8, 1933 to James Pascal Harper and Neva Nicely Harper in Fannin County near Whitewright. After finishing high school, Ann worked in Whitewright at the First National Bank and later moved to Dallas where she worked at the Mercantile Bank. She married Leland Tasker at East Dallas Christian Church on December 3, 1956, and they were blessed by the arrival of a little daughter on December 12, 1957. Ann was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Alice Ely and Johnnie Harper. She is survived by her daughter Kay, two sisters, Ethel White and Gladine Hayes and several nieces and nephews.
