"Norris was a good man in many ways. He remember how helpful he was to Mimi when we would gather in Johnson City for the holidays. He was also enjoyed a good chuckle with the Casparis kids and our trips to Dallas to stay with Kate, Johnny, Suzie and Norris are some of my earliest fun memories.

I will miss him and my heart goes out his family."

"Justin was the general foreman on the first job I was on when I started in IBEW Local 59. Eventually the job came to be just him and me and what an enjoyable experience that was for me. He was a fine man with great insight into the electrical business and life in general. I have thought of him many times over the years, about how much I respected him and what I learned from him. The world is a better place because he lived and a lessor place now that he is gone."
