Wanda Jo Rice, 79, of Greenville died December 18, 2010, at Hunt Regional Medical Center. Graveside services are at 10:00 a.m., Monday, December 20, 2010 at Memoryland Memorial Park under the direction of Coker-Mathews Funeral Home. Dr. David Stubblefield will officiate.
Miss Rice was born July 21, 1931 in Greenville; the daughter of Raymond A. Rice and Hazel Fowler. She retired as a school teacher after 50 years and was a member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church.
Surviving are a cousin, Paula Talley and husband Randy of Greenville and numerous other cousins; and an aunt Melva Gene Rice of California.
She was preceded ind death by her parents.
Pallbearers are Jay Boshart, Jimmie Dale Head, Lowell Lawson, Charles Mayo, Larry Mayo and Charles Tapley.
