Albert Chester Causey, 89, of Greenville died the night of December 2, 2007, at Presbyterian Hospital of Greenville. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Coker-Mathews Chapel with Rev. Paul Blue officiating. Burial will be in Memoryland Memorial Park.
Visitation is from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Son of Issac Calhoun and Rose Putman Causey,he was born June 5, 1918, in Hunt County. On Sepember 25, l938, he married Audrey Burchett in Greenville, He was a supervisor in the city of Greenville Water Department. Mr Causey was a member of North Baptist Church and the Masonic Lodge.
Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Kathy and Steve Frazier of Greenville, a son and daughter-in-law, Kenneth and LaVerne Causey of Wolfe City, grandchildren Adam Jones, Ronda Klein, Tammy Hooge, Scott Causey, Stacey Politoski and Byron Frazier, eleven great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildern, several sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife,his parents, five brothers, one sister, and daughters Delores Ann Causey and Linda Louise Taylorl
Pallbearers will be Cole Fuller, Josh Johnson, Daoug Burchett, Milow Klein, Tony Burchett and Jack Hale.
