"To your entire family, I extend my sympathy in the loss of your sweet wife, Mother and Grandmother. She was a special lady. I enjoyed the conversations we had when Keith and Ivan used to work on computers together at our house. I also love your family and remember teaching some of them through the years. I will pray for you during this time of grief.

Nancy"
