Terri Lynn Bowers, 51, of Greenville, passed away on Sunday, January 15, 2012 at her residence.  Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday at Hart Cemetery with Rev. Randy Rather officiating. Coker-Mathews Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

 

Born July 12, 1960 in Memphis, Tennessee, Terri was the daughter of Jimmy James and Patsy (Carter) Hollandsworth.  She was of the Church of Christ faith.

 

Survivors include her mother, Patsy Hollandsworth of Commerce; fiancé, Arthur Nolder of Greenville; children Jason Bowers of Tyler and Amanda Bowers-Grubbs of Tennessee and their father Kenny Bowers of Tyler; brothers Aaron Hollandsworth of Troop and Chris Hollandsworth of Tyler; sister Andrea Madex of Conway, Arkansas; and grandchildren Alyssa Grubbs and Dakota Bowers of Tennessee.

 

She was preceded in death by her father and brother, Ian Justice Hollandsworth.

"Terri and I only talked a few times, but she was a very sweet person to me. I hope one day I can meet her across the veil and I can let her know how much her kindness meant to me.

My sympathies and prayers to her fiance and children/grandchildren. The best part of her will live on through them.
